IF YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE DO SO 12 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE 12 HOURS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE 50% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE COST. THE FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
